Temples
This Ashram as envisioned by Jagathguru Swami Sathyananda Saraswathi Thiruvadikal will host several temples of uniqueness, starting with Rama Paduka Temple and a Kula Devatha Temple complex.
Lord Ram’s appearance during the regular monthly Homam on 15 Dec 2024 as envisioned by Shree L. S. Venkatesan, aka Kamakshi Balan, an ardent devotee of Sree Kanchi Maha Periyava and his subsequent instructions led to Rama Paduka yatra across the world starting 1st of January 2025. This Paduka will be installed with 108 Saligrama’s surrounding it, after 14 months of parikrama, by March 2026. To book a pooja at your home or a local temple, please register using the registration link on srdmh.org/paduka
According to Ramayana, Bharatha was advised to take the Paduka of Lord Ram since he was undeterred from coming back to the kingdom for 14 years, by the Kulaguru Vasishta. Kula guru and Kula devatha play a very important role in guiding each of us. In order to ensure the protection of upcoming generations of our diaspora, a Kula Devatha Temple complex of 1000 micro shrines will be established in the Kula Devatha complex, which will also be established along with the Paduka temple by March 2026. Registrations will close by September 2025, inorder to start the constructions. For registration and more details, srdmh.org/kuladevatha
