A Yagam is a superset of Homam’s, archana’s and all such religious practices combined. When very large set of people come together and focus their efforts to conduct such a great sacrifice, it is called a Maha Yagam. Such events always contribute to the benefit of the country as a whole – benefiting all beings (humans, animals, birds, plants and every such being). Changes to the environment is often physically experience-able by the participants and these positive vibrations last a very long time.
While this is an entirely volunteer effort, collectively executed by the community, Great Acharyas like Dr. Sreenadh Karayatt will be hand holding the efforts in the presence of Sreesakthi Saanthananda Maharshi and various other prominent religious and spiritual leaders as well as a whole host of volunteers.
